- Cards arrive at your billing address in 7-10 days.

- Provide your current location's address.
- Our live operators arrange a local taxi through our national transportation network - 24/7.
- We follow-up with a phone call to you to confirm taxi pick-up.
- The discounted or standard fare is deducted. Tip can be added at your discretion.
- Receive email notice when card balance is below $25.
- Manage card account online (check balance, transaction history, re-load cards, etc.).
- Receive a refund of your unspent card balance should you close your account.
