SafeCar Services is not a taxicab company. We schedule local taxi service on behalf of our members through independent taxicab companies. These companies have exclusive control over their services and drivers. In the event there is ever an issue with the taxi service provided, we work with our members to resolve these matters. However, we cannot control, or be responsible for, the manner in which taxi services are provided.

Additionally, SafeCar is not a provider of emergency response or emergency transportation services. In the event of an actual emergency, or if you feel your safety is or may become threatened, please call 911.
